If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can claim to return a product for up to 05 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
For registering your complaint follow the steps given below:
By Sending Mail: You have to send mail to our publication e-mail id that is “email@example.com” with all the trusted images i.e image of defective/damaged items within 05 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different items received so that we can analyze your dispute. Please mention your “Order Id” in the email.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
We will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit on same working day or within three working days after it gets the REFUND approval by our team, depending on your Bank policies.
